Great people, and great service. Most of the employees are very willing to help find what you are looking for. If they do not have it in the store they can get it in for you if not the same day, the next day unless it's a specialty item.

I used to shop Advance Auto only, customer service was and still is the reason it was my parts store. Saw a lower price online for a part i needed and O'Reilly's was the lowest price. Went in next day, picked up my iten/items and pretty much haven't been back to Advance. Even better atmosphere at O'Reilly's, more staff to help you when they are busy, and they usually are, I can see why. I'm a fan. I can't speak of every O'Reilly's but the Brandenburg, Ky. location is great. Prices always good too A++
