Advertise one thing but employees do another. Why advertise that you install batteries if you are going to tell a disabled customer that you only have two workers in the store so no one can help them? This is bad, lazy business.
My daughter went there today to buy a part for her car. The man treated her badly. When my son went to complain to management about the situation their reaction was "ya that's just how he is". The man didnt even give her the part he sold her! Ridiculous!
I am so glad you guys are open on Sunday's! We broke down right by there on our way from Texas to Wisconsin. We had to buy a new alternator, and they had the tools so we could do it ourselves in the parking lot! 1/2 hour later were on our way. Excellent customer service!
