O'Reilly's doesn't honor warranty's the package says lifetime warranty on it yet the store says it's a limited lifetime warranty so they don't so they make their own warranty and poor customer service it won't let u give no stars

Our truck broke down Memorial Day weekend and left us stranded on the side of the road we searched for help and no one came to assist us, then I came across this O’ Reillys location!! They went above and beyond helping me and my husband out! Store Manager Jeff Maxson drove up all the way to where we where to jump start our truck and when we got to the Oreillys location we had our truck checked which led to a whole emergency alternator swap, they where so attentive to anything we needed and gave us an extreme deal on the the ... read more
I love the atmosphere of this Oreillys. Every worker helps when walking in the door. Every time I go in somebody is able to help me find exactly what I’m looking for. Everybody that works there is polite, informative, and willing to help with anything. Today I went 2 separate times both times I was greeted with a hello and a smile.
