Our truck broke down Memorial Day weekend and left us stranded on the side of the road we searched for help and no one came to assist us, then I came across this O’ Reillys location!! They went above and beyond helping me and my husband out! I love the atmosphere of this Oreillys. Every worker helps when walking in the door. Every time I go in somebody is able to help me find exactly what I’m looking for. Everybody that works there is polite, informative, and willing to help with anything. Today I went 2 separate times both times I was greeted with a hello and a smile.
Thank you To Jerry McGuire the assistant manager at the Ottawa IL store #4576 for going above and beyond to bring us a fuel filter today to get us back on the road to home. We would have been stuck with no way to go anywhere. We appreciate you so so much. So thankful for amazing and friendly people like you when we are traveling cross country with our camper.
