Stopped in tonight when it was just barely drizzling rain and needed to see why the check engine light was on and to get the battery tested in my daughter’s car. Kyle and Cameron at the Aiken store were super pleasant and helpful! After realizing one of our problems was a bad battery, Kyle installed the new one for us. They need classes on customer service. Not a welcoming place.
The guys here are awesome!!!! I went to a gas station on the way home and saw a father of two kids (one special needs and one only 3 yo) standing outside his vehicle. He had accidentally locked the door as he got out with his two kids in the car and the car running. When officers got there, I went to O’Reilly Auto Parts and told them what happened.
