I've been in and out of here recently due to an electrical issue with my truck. Dayne has been extremely friendly and helpful, going out of his way to try to find me parts that work for the fixes I have been trying. Thanks to his help, my truck's electrical issue has been fixed. Dayne on his own probably saved me a few hundred in labor costs alone. If you ever see this review, I sincerely appreciate you dude.
I'm 67 and disabled, I went to the O'Reilly store in Pittsburg Kansas. I only wanted to know if I needed oil in my car. The woman I asked to check my oil refused and was very rude to me. This isn't the first time. Her name is Melody and I'm sure she was the assistant manager.
These guys were great! James was very helpful & both he & the other fella working were super knowledgeable & friendly. I hope it will be a while, but will definitely come back to this store in the future.
