Chris, thank you for your patience and superior customer service! I arrived to the store unclear of the right battery for my Toro. I left ready to get my mower running and feeling grateful for 5star service. An extra thanks to the Manager for setting up my farm account. O’Reilly Pittsburg has earned future business that I would take to Tractor Supply or Napa.
One of the store employees who is male and looks to be in his 60s tried to make me feel stupid today, like I don't know anything about my own car. I won't be going here again. By the way, I found the needed part, a replacement cap for my windshield washer reservoir, just down the street. He tried to sell me a radiator cap.
The new guys that are starting there pretty helpful they might be young, but they try their best which is appreciative. Keith is growing into his manager position. He’s now had a couple years so the store is running better than I believe it has many years.
