Good customer service
Darius and his co-workers give hope that there are people & companies that care about great customer service. He patiently listened to my issue and the steps I had taken. Then we went out so he could run a few tests, explaining in simple terms as he worked what he was looking for and what he found. When we went back inside one of his co-workers joined in, warranty was good so as she's processing paperwork, Darius comes back and starts to put the battery in a big bag. The staff go above and beyond to help you and helped me put a bulb in my headlight so i didn't break it. Lol. Love the customer service. They are so nice.
