RecommendedI went to this O’ Reilly location to get my battery tested. I asked for a battery test, and one of the employees said that they could test my car battery, mind you it was -10 below! The test was free, which was great! I asked if they could install the battery for me? They said “yes, we can do that.” Cody installed my battery, and then he saw a missing head light cap, and installed that for me at no charge. No customer service. No thank you..........................
Theres only two people there that enjoy there job. One is don and the other is a lady. Everyone has a piss poor attitude towards there customer and acts like we are the stupid ones. I ordered a part today, claimed to be in by 230 today. Turns out wont be in tell tomorrow. The guy tried to arfue with me and tell me i didnt know what i needed but im pretty sure i did lol i will pick up my parts but after that im done with o reillys until they get some people who know the values of customer service
