Calling all the ladies!! Stopped in here to inquiry about a light bulb for my car. Not only did Sami make sure I was asking for the correct one, she pulled up a YouTube video to show me how to install myself and talked be through which bulb I wanted (did you know this was a decision to even make, I didn't lol). and to top it off it wasn't the most expensive one, it was one on sale! The store manager Sami is a rock-star!! I had a battery issue just down the street and she assisted with a jump-start. Life Saver! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. If you're looking for "customer service" like our parents and grand-parents were used to and we SHOULD still have today... this is the place and Sami is the TOPS. TYFYS and your constant attention to serve to our local Veterans too.
This should be a DOUBLE 5. Couple of weeks ago, Saul helped my wife and I figure out a battery issue. Wasn't the battery, so he couldn't sell us anything, but was AWESOME to us on a bad day. Today, Matt sold me wipers AND INSTALLED THEM IN THE RAIN! Holy Moley...these people understand service and attitude. Met the manager...sounds like she runs a pretty good ship.
I stopped in med road trip to get a turn signal light. Bot only did they find the right bulb they gave me some bulb grease and some paper towels so I could swap it quick in the parking lot and be on my way.
