This has been my primary Oreillys location in building my Camaro this past winter, and they always help out & have competitive prices. Then today, I had the wrong oil filter for my daily driver Pontiac w/the car already on the lift and the old oil drained.. the Northfield manager (Sammi I believe, I apologize if that's incorrect!) absolutely saved the day with the correct K&N filter (which they had in stock) but also drove through an April snow storm to get it to me cuz I was in a pinch. If I could leave 10 stars I would. Dave and Max, at the Northfield , MN store, went above and beyond helping me with my vehicle. It has been in the lowest temps outside and Dave still spent time looking into my vehicle issue. He ran tests to determine the specific problem, and then spent that much more time out in the cold fixing it! Everyone at the store was extremely helpful. The environment was very comfortable. Bob is a great guy
on my way to change my car battery my current one gave out. my car wouldn't jump start, and i never changed a car battery on my own before. i had great guidance but not the right tools to do it, Bob was extremely kind and optimistic while helping me resolve this issue. off company time he personally had someone come out and help switch the battery, even though it was snowing! Bob saved my Valentine's Day, and i will be returning for any future parts or purchases. THANK YOU!
