I stood in line behind 1 gentleman, carrying my baby in his car seat. I waited for help. Another O'reilly worker came out of the back and proceeded to see if the gentleman being waited on Already found what he was looking for. The customer AND Representative advised him they were all set. I get ignored. I'm waiting for him to check me out. Nothing. Excellent service with great employees always trying there best at keeping customers happy
My car broke down today and I was able to drift it into their driveway. One of the employees was out on break on their phone. Saw me pushing and steering my car, immediately hung up the phone ran over to help. He could have ducked between cars or walked inside like he didn't see me. He called a mechanic he knew to come look at the car to see if it was an easy fix. Offered my daughter and I to wait inside while we were waiting for the mechanic and then the tow truck. .I'm up at 3:30 am for work just about every day so at 4:30... read more
