I met with Charles, about an issue, this was the most aggressive manager, I have ever met. I will never be in the store ever again. He accused me of getting the wrong part when that is what the sales person told me the wrong thing which caused damage to my car. If this is the type managers O’Reilly don’t want to do business there ever again.
This location never fails to impress me with their customer care, desire to help and eagerness to assist with any installation. Shout out to all staff and managment.
Great service and always has what I need.
