Terrible customer service...when I ask for a specific part number, I don't need you to question my product choice and show me everything you have in the store. I need you to get me my part. This is why people shop online with Rock Auto - I definitely will not be back.
Today I traveled to Buffalo from Chanhassen for some custom made spray paint for my 2013 Pilot. Black Cherry Pearl. Not an easy request. Chris was awesome in his customer service and expertise. Well done Chris!
