bought a name brand motorcraft battery for a 1996 ford ranger, 2.3l engine. 1st 3 years free replacement. cca are not working however this is the 2nd 1 ive had because the 1st 1 lasted 3 months. altenator, nope brand new and works been checked. so now the 2nd 1 aint working. got a receipt, yes I do. their side of the story the part# on the 2nd 1 they installed does not match the receipt because the 1st 1 did match the receipt but the replacement/2nd 1 does not. so they wont give me a new battery under warranty with receipt i... read more
