(Lawrenceburg, KY) Regina went above and beyond to help me out today. I had a family member remove and reattach the wiper arms on my car while checking to see why my wiper fluids weren't working. I noticed the next day the wipers themselves were not working. I took my car to O'Reilly's and was told to see Regina. She patiently acessed the situation and noted the wipers trying to move but were restricted. She carefully removed the wiper arms and adjusted the position and tension on the bolts and BAM they both started working ... read more
