Customer service by the manager was absolutely horrible. They have zero record of my purchase and made up lies to cover their end
Manger need training on how to be a manager. Constantly interrupts and talks over you and then belittles you. Must be horrible for the public to deal with people like this
Jackson was a great help.
Customer service by the assistant manager was horrendous. Was on his phone when I walked in and barely looked up to acknowledge my presence. When he did assist me. He was extremely rude. When I explained I needed a battery he popped in immediately that he would not be able to change it for me. Yet they changed the Customer's battery that was behind me in line as I changed my own.
Jackson was both informative, friendly and extremely helpful. He took his time and explaining how to reset the throttle on my Toyota tundra, as well as the type of Battery that would fit my needs best. They have earned my business from here on out!
