Once again, O’Reilly Auto Parts in Dripping Springs has provided excellent service for my vehicle! I want to give a big thank you to Jackson, who diagnosed a problem with my battery. He even checked to see if it was still under warranty, which I wouldn't have thought to do—and it was! Had a wonderful experience at this store. Jackson was working the front counter when I came in and was so incredibly helpful. He helped me find the windshield wipers and engine filter replacements I needed and installed them without even asking. He was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be going back for any future needs.
