Customer service matters, i waited and waited at the nearest Advance Auto parts for someone to help me with findong new bulbs for my car. They were all too busy doing nothing. I left and went all the way over to Memorial drive here in Waycross , 5 mikes away, to OReilly Auto Parts and as soon as I walked in someone was helping me. I got the bulbs there, more importantly, because I got great and prompt customer service I know I purchased the correct bulbs. Congrats, you guys got a lifetime customer now!
I stopped in yesterday evening and Kaitlin, assisted me in diagnosing the issue with my Van. Her knowledge and willingness to find the issue is commendable. She deserves a raise! Going to be my go to Auto Parts Store😉
I love O'Reilly Auto. It's the only place I go for pretty all my parts.
