Worst oil prices out of any other store. Also can’t seem to order many parts that the other auto parts stores can. Last on my list, only shop here if absolutely have to.
This place is a joke. Staff is so rude and not helpful. They don’t greet you when you walk in, they don’t ask if they can help you with anything, even when standing at the desk they just walked around until I said “excuse me.” They hardly ever answer the phone even when they are not busy. I’ve called several times to see if they had a part in stock that I could stop by and get after my appointment, I drove by on way to appointment and they were not busy AT ALL, and still wouldn’t answer the phone.
My break light had gone out, and I have no idea on how to change it. I went into O’Reilly and Roland helped get my break light switched out to the new one. Thank you!
I would not recommend this place. Very rude, unfriendly, and not helpful at all. Spoke with a man named Ronnie. Worst customer service I've had!
