An associate sold me what she thought was the right tail lamp, it was not. Ok, I will just go back and exchange the wrong ones. Well, there are issues with that "account". What account? These have been returned already. What?? I'm returning them now. Sorry, you have to call Corporate. What???? I can't help you. Urggh! Really? You can't make an executive decision and exchange a $7 item to save a customers business? Never will I shop there again!
