Had bad experiences with staff that made me refuse to ever go to another O'Reilly's. One day I asked if they had any more of something, and very rudely, as if I had disturbed royalty, I was told "if it's not on the shelf, we don't have it". It was the attitude and energy. idk how it is today, but I've lived here for 13 years and when I was visiting, I almost always was met with gruffness, and distastefulness. I guess being from out of town don't help out with the hospitality of the smokey Mountains. Not helpful at all. Soon as I walked in I can tell by the employee body language he wasn't going to be helpful. Lucky their neighbor AutoZone was there and very helpful. 5 stars for Autozone.
