This is the best O'Reilly's I've been to and they are very very good at their job
Charles was extremely helpful and embodies the true representation of customer service, see him, he was so helpful , I felt valued and money well spent with the product I purchased.
I went to this Oreilly today to purchase a bulb because my passenger side headlight went out, I believe his name starts with a K for Kori or either C for Cori. Either way he was so very helpful and knowledgeable about a lot of things about my car. He didn't have a problem at all helping me and I loved his attitude about helping because I've been to several O'Reilly's and have experienced attitudes and not wanting to help

For me, it’s not the money. It’s the principle and the lack of respect. Be careful when you buy anything from O’Reillys so I went inside O’Reilly’s to purchase a pair of eyeglass shades immediately I ran into a person who I believe that the time was a customer with his girlfriend.
