I dropped off a rotor to be turned yesterday, when I went to pick it up nobody had touched it. Most of the time you will find the employees out back having a smoke. They have zero knowledge of anything that they cannot type into the computer verbatim. They clown around and they show no interest in customer service. Shall I go on ???
