Unreliable service. I ordered an AC compressor yesterday and they told me it would be here today. Needless to say it’s not there and now my car has to sit on jack stands until Tuesday. Puts my car out of commission for 4 days! Not happy..

Twice I have gone into this store and stood at the counter for well over 10 minutes before literally calling the store in order to get someone to help me...the second time, the woman that answered hung up on me and still never appeared. We ended up walking out and going to Advanced Auto across the street where we received excellent service and lower prices. Called corporate to lodge my complaint....I will NEVER visit this business (anywhere) again!
