Sometimes takes 30 minutes to get ahold of somebody on the phone it is hard to get some one on the phone and ask them if they have certain parts I have been in there and it had three people helping one person and 10 people standing in line waiting for service you will waste a lot of time sometimes
Can't even get someone on the phone. They just pick up and immediately hang up if they don't leave it ringing.
