Called and gave the person on the phone the line code and part number and told me it wasn’t available. Called the greeneville Ohio store and they immediately told me they could have the part the next day for me. Last time the Richmond store ever gets so much as a phone call from me.
The store and it’s managment are a joke, took 2 weeks to exchange a warrantied part, they had to order my part 3 times before they ever got it correct, and all the store manager (Jeff) had to say was “it’s out of my control” pitiful excuse. Will not be back
The Richmond Indiana O'Reilly's Auto Parts team are probably the worst people there are to deal with they will not give you your core Exchange no-questions-asked without your card that you paid with even if you have your receipt and your ID prove that you are who you say you are so don't lose your card before you go there or they'll treat you like s*** and trust me I've dealt with O'Reilly for years ever since they started opening up in Indiana and this is the only store I've ever had this problem with Connersville New Castl... read more
Stopped in to get permission to sit in the parking lot to watch fireworks. Not only did we get an affirmative, the nice gentleman came outside to give everyone a free hat! We already like to shop here for the great prices, but we will be returning even more for the excellent customer service! Keep up the great work.
This team will go above and beyond for their customers! They did for us when we broke down in traveling through Richmond. The manager even pulled our camper off the busy interstate to a safe location in town! Thank you so much for all your help!
