Asked if they carry a certain product, the employee did not know, didn't seem like he wanted to help me, or even care I was in the store. He looked up the product on line, they had the product I needed on line at the store, said they had it on line, but it was a special order, then said he PROBABLY couldn't get it anyway??? As he sat on his ass, I walked out very disappointed, I ended up ordering it myself online from a different store, cheaper. Thanks for nothing, O' Reilly's, you suck!!!
