Went in because my car won't start unless it is jumped. I asked Christian I think to test the battery and alternator, he proceeds to hand me a scanner and said plug this in while the key is to on position, I said aren't you suppose to do that he said I can. He plugged it in and said it was not connecting sounds like a weak battery and went back in. What a joke.
The folks at O'Reilly are always very nice and very helpful. So glad they have great hours and they've had what I've needed.
