Today I was assisted by Issac and he really helped me out. He explained what was going on with my car in a way I could actually understand, and he didn’t try to sell me on stuff I didn’t need. He made the whole thing quick and easy, and I left feeling way less stressed. Appreciate the help, I’ll definitely be back.

I needed a water pump for my friends BMW. Advanced showed the item in stock, but when I arrived they told me it's out of stock. I went to O'Reilly's on Canton Hwy and they had it in stock and took about 30 seconds for the clerk to get the part off the shelf. The water pump did the trick and will now be my first choice for auto parts.
I came in with a not so common issue but both attendant's at the desk were diligently attentive to my issue and went the extra mile to assist me locating my part and providing a solution. I'm glad I stopped in and was helped by Steve! His customer service experience is rare in the automotive stores in the area. It means a lot
