A few months ago, I had a lady order me a torque converter here I got to the store and the torque converter was damaged in the box. I took it back up to the front counter and she acted like I did something wrong. She briefly refunded me and then asked me if I’d like to order another one and I said sure and she was supposed to call me when it came in and she never did. I ended up going on rockauto.com and getting one I can’t recommend the store it’s poorly managed.
The store manager was disrespectful and has an attitude if he doesn't like helping or talking to people he should find another job I have used them for years never had a problem with the staff only the manager
Went in there a few days ago to get a new battery, the person helping said he wasn't comfortable changing it out and I asked if someone else could and he just keep saying this person can't, I don't think he will. Then he says he has a friend that'll do it and charge me $45. I'm already about to spend close to $300 for the battery. Needless to say I went to autozone and they changed it out, that a service that was provided with the battery purchase.
