I’d like to send a shout out to the manager, Tiffany. My daughter was looking for a rear replacement wiper blade and a service employee was helping her put it on and inadvertently broke the wiper arm. The service employee and manager addressed the situation immediately and had a replacement arm and wiper blade installed today. Thank you for going the extra mile when some would have passed the buck.
