This O’Reilly Auto Parts really did a number on my son and his girlfriend. They drove to SF from Texas, and stopped here for snow chains for his Jeep. When they tried to install them only hours later, they found that the SIZE ON THE BOX IS NOT THE SIZE OF THE CHAINS INSIDE. And, to make this even more of an annoyance, THEY WILL NOT TAKE THEM BACK!! “Sorry son, out of luck”. They must have pulled from their special stock reserved for Texas plates.
