Amazing service today from Coy at WA Store #2544! He helped me find the correct headlight bulbs for my Mazda 3 and put them both in for me even though one was more difficult to get to. He also found a corroded socket and helped me replace that too all for less than what I paid for the dealer to do one bulb. He explained everything he was doing and why. Thanks O'Reilly's in Lynnwood for always providing excellent customer service. :) Deborah

Terrible service, they wouldn't greet you are trying to help you find what you need. And they would just follow you around from afar watching you. Specifically Jennifer and Walter were the ones providing poor customer service
