The associate helped explain my different options and also helped make sure that I got the best price for my product. I was greeted promptly and treated very well. Wow. I bought the wrong item yesterday, a battery charger. I tried to return it today and the customer service rep was totally patronizing. He read me the riot act about how the box was destroyed, which it wasn't. And how he would have a super hard time selling or returning it. Wesley you need to polish up your act brother. You just lost a customer.
