Saturday when I ordered parts they told me that they would price match even Amazon. Pick up my parts today Chris at the front counter said he could not price match the rotor because it was in stock and on Amazon I would have to wait until Friday which makes no sense because the rotor was there because I ordered it. It was a complete bait and switch and beyond dishonest. I will never step foot in Oreillys again.
Slow service. Nobody even at counter for 15 mins. This is second time at this store.

I came to the store for a gas cap. I ended up getting hubcaps as well since my car desperately needed them. Service is top notch. I asked where I can get someone to put on the hubcaps and Scotty gave me a name. Almost leaving, he tells me Kramer (also works in the store) can do it. He put those babies on so quick. He didn't have to but I am so grateful for it. Staff are very nice, knowledge and so helpful. Go to this store # 2519 and hopefully, you will be as impressed as I was.
