My husband went to exchange a battery that was still under warranty. The irritable female (wasn’t in a good mood to begin with) working there was very rude and would not exchange it saying it wasn’t from there. It was but - ABC Auto Parts took care of it without any problem. So guess what? We won’t be trading with O’Reilly Auto Parts in Gladewater again.
Justin saved our day! We broke down and no one was open. Justin however got us the right part for out truck and fixed it for us. Indiana here we come!
