Showed up 5 mins to spare the employee Devin got upset because I wanted 6 spark plugs and an oil and filter because they were about to close. Same guy has had a bad attitude multiple other times for no reason . Other friends and shops I know also have had issues with this employee
Kudos to the Elm Road Warren, Ohio location, very customer service oriented. Was looking for a rear differential carrier bearing on my Chevy Silverado and after doing some research they found me one at a different store location, went to the other location to get it got it home and got to comparing the bad bearing to the new one and they didn't match.
