O’Reilly Auto Parts is generally my “go to” store for my automotive needs. Roughly 30 minutes ago I stopped by this location (Elm Rd. Warren, Ohio) for windshield wipers for my Mustang. The customer service at this O’Reilly was beyond lackluster and aggravating, it just wasn’t there! From the grunt that greeted me when I first walked in, to standing by the counter watching an employee play on his cellphone while vaping while I waited to get some help, this visit was a huge mistake. Love the team at this O'Reilly's they're always there when you need them. And on top of that today I just had to get a new headlight for my car because it went out and I had no clue where the headlights were on this vehicle. It's for some have looked under the hood with it brand new to me and it wasn't set up like a normal car that I've had in the past so they came out. Took a look for me. Denny and Taylor were great! Super helpful, friendly, and a good vibe
Very rude clerk was being a smart ass because my handicap father asked him to put on a wiper blade for him then he broke it then got mad he had to get another peice to fix the one he broke and was very disrespectful the whole time slamming stuff down inside my fathers vehicle not a great experience. I will stick with the Champion location much better service there
