Showed up 5 mins to spare the employee Devin got upset because I wanted 6 spark plugs and an oil and filter because they were about to close. Same guy has had a bad attitude multiple other times for no reason . Other friends and shops I know also have had issues with this employee
Kudos to the Elm Road Warren, Ohio location, very customer service oriented. Was looking for a rear differential carrier bearing on my Chevy Silverado and after doing some research they found me one at a different store location, went to the other location to get it got it home and got to comparing the bad bearing to the new one and they didn't match. Cannot speak highly enough about my experience at the Elm Rd. store. The associates were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Jeffery, who assisted me, put my stressed out mind at ease by recommending a great battery to replaced the one that crashed. Greatly appreciated the friendly service and the honest help picking a new battery for my truck. Will definitely return to the Elm Rd. location for other needs.
Very friendly staff. My car battery needed to be replaced. I had a newer employee replace the battery in a timely manner. He explained the new technology, as he connected it up. All three employees were helpful, patient & answered my questions. Thank you Jason, Devin & Bridgette!
