I received the best service ever. Roger deserves a 10+ (aka the highest rating possible). He realized how much help was needed installing a detached rear view mirror and had mercy on an 80yr old customer with bad eyesight. Roger was caring, professional and efficient. I couldn’t ask for better customer service! Thank you again Roger
I came here because my headlight was out and needed a new bulb. I wasn’t sure whether my car needed an LED or Factory Halogen. Rodger was super friendly, proactive, knowledgeable about these different types of bulbs. He clearly explained the various bulb options (qualities, colors, etc) that I could purchase for my car. He even took the time to install the new bulb for me! I’d highly recommend coming to this O’Reilly Auto Parts if you’re looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff.
Super helpful staff, helped me find replacement batteries for my fob and even swapped them in for me during a lull.
