I’ve had some very pleasant experiences at this store before. Yesterday, one of the worst I’ve ever had at a parts store. A number of staff members were yelling to each other throughout the store, arguing about the most common part for something, and it was just an all around disappointing and overwhelming experience. The manager there with a beard was incredibly rude and condescending to myself and a female employee that was working there. Im a commercial account holder. Every time im at this location they ignore me . I wait and wait to check out. They walk around and don't help. Manager names chris is incompetent and arrogant 🙄. Every other o Reilly im in and out and they are friendly. Nothing special about this store then can keep it. Go elsewhere.
Great customer service would highly recommend going there if your in car trouble
