Had a dead battery, which I was able to charge and drive to O'Reilly's in Williston. I called ahead to ensure they had the correct battery for my car and would install it. They installed the battery as soon as I arrived, and my car is back to normal. Really appreciated the fast, friendly, competent service! Great experience!
Had them test my alternator they went put the tester on it said it could be the problem looks like a easy job to change it just throw one on it and see . I said ok let's go see how much one is . Turns out they couldn't get me one
Staff very friendly and helpful. Showed me where to go to look for my bumper parts--asked if I needed more help--which is rare now. Felt parts were a bit pricey, but what isn't nowadays. Solid service--good company!
Came in for rear break pads and rotors for a 2009 Subaru Impreza. Natalie waited on me. AMAZING! Super knowledgeable, super friendly, communicated incredibly well. I did not drive that vehicle to the store, and did not have all the needed information about the vehicle with me. I had also left my cell phone at home. Natalie let me use the store landline to call home, so my wife could get us the details about the Subaru, so we we could be sure to get the right parts.
