Came in for rear break pads and rotors for a 2009 Subaru Impreza. Natalie waited on me. AMAZING! Super knowledgeable, super friendly, communicated incredibly well. I did not drive that vehicle to the store, and did not have all the needed information about the vehicle with me. I had also left my cell phone at home. As someone with little-to-no knowledge about cars, it can be intimidating to show up for something as simple as a dead car battery. The whole team made the process feel comfortable and easy, and Steve was especially helpful in installing the new battery and educating me on little things I can do to help myself and my car in the future.
