Worked in a parts store in college. Wouldn't have had a job if I acted like the employee tonight. Ran in about 15 minutes before closing. Employee was playing on his phone and didn't acknowledge us. We quickly located the area we needed, but couldn't find the specific brake fluid (Dot 4 LV). Finally, after several minutes, he said as if we were inconveniencing him, "Do need help finding something?" spike with a store associate 15 min prior to my arrival. they explained they could take a look at my trunk latch and let me know if more help would be needed we're arrive at store the associate Jay refused to help. He said Oh well. sorry. Horrible customer service
