Nicholas at O'Reilly w end above and beyond the usual customer service. He was knowledgeable, polite, courteous and very helpful ..he carried my purchase out for me..which I very much appreciate. O'REILLY.!! get more like him. On Carrier in Grand Prairie . I'll look for him when I need auto supplies or parts. Great job Nicholas
I walked in the door,2 people was at the counter...I DIDN'T GET A GOOD MORNING or WELCOME...but the next couple of people did...so I got what I needed,paid for it & DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING TO THEM....you people want to be DISRESPECTFUL to ME....Then you DON'T EXIST TO ME !!!! I'll spend my 💰 somewhere else. (Too bad I can't say what I really want to)
