I just want to thank Bob for his outstanding help this morning. I went to the O’Reilly in Cedar Falls looking for something to remove sticky tree sap, and he went above and beyond to assist me. Even in the hot weather, he kindly came outside to help, and after trying a couple of products that didn’t work, he found the one that solved my problem. His patience and dedication really stood out, and I truly appreciate his excellent service.
Lyle was very helpful when I came in needing a new brake light. He was kind and his service was great! He went above and beyond when he installed the new brake light for me!
