I came in after struggling to get my brake light fixed. I had already been to AutoZone where I purchased the battery and parts, but I was told the issue was electrical and couldn’t be resolved there. I then went to O’Reilly Auto Parts and was assisted by an employee named Lyle. He took the time to look at the issue and helped me get it fixed properly. More expensive then I'd like but the people are helpful
Always knowledgeable and helpful.
Vehicles for me are a means to an end. So I am never really excited to visit an auto parts store - I'm there to solve a specific problem. It is therefore something of a surprise to me that every single visit I've made to this location has been the highlight of my day. I can only suppose that this is a consequence of the absolute beasts who work here. Any one of them could no doubt build you a car from a box of scraps in a cave.
