Very helpful
Very disappointed with my visit to this O'Reilly Auto Parts. I asked the store manager, Matt, for help finding an item, and he responded with obvious attitude, as if I'd interrupted him. He was sitting on a ladder in one of the back aisles, staring at his phone and tapping his ear as if pausing something he was listening to not helping another customer or doing anything that would justify being annoyed by a simple question. "I would leave zero stars if it were an option. On multiple occasions, the employees here have been blatantly rude and unhelpful. I’ve asked for product locations only to have staff point vaguely toward an aisle and refuse to actually help me find it—even while just standing around doing nothing. Because this store is close to home, I kept giving them chances, but today was the absolute last straw.
