"I would leave zero stars if it were an option. On multiple occasions, the employees here have been blatantly rude and unhelpful. I’ve asked for product locations only to have staff point vaguely toward an aisle and refuse to actually help me find it—even while just standing around doing nothing. I came in after struggling to get my brake light fixed. I had already been to AutoZone where I purchased the battery and parts, but I was told the issue was electrical and couldn’t be resolved there. I then went to O’Reilly Auto Parts and was assisted by an employee named Lyle. He took the time to look at the issue and helped me get it fixed properly.
