Two window wipers at at a local car wash bombed out. I was able to retrieve the 2nd one today, trashed in traffic near my home. After retrieving one, I realized I needed a company to help. Nick at O'Rielly Auto Parts in Willoughby Hills was amazing! He listened to my needs, researched the parts, and installed them on my winshield. High five for Nick!

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service at this location. I went in specifically to purchase oil and asked for a price match to Walmart, which is standard procedure. Despite pulling up O’Reilly’s own corporate policy on their own official website and showing it directly to the staff, they flat-out refused to honor it. The incompetence is staggering, but the attitude was worse. The cashier actually had the nerve to tell me that if I wanted that price, I could "just go to Walmart." Well, message received.
