Impressive doesn't even begin to describe the most spectacular customer service I received today. Miranda was in a word awesome! Friendly, courteous, pleasant on the phone and in person. she took the extra time to not only find the part I ordered but to phone me when it was ready. she deserves a BIG raise!
Try some Customer Service Training, starting with..when a customer needs to return an item, you don't try to get out of the refund. Glad to see Auto Zone is now open!
Never answers the damn phone. Where the hell did customer service go?
