Jonathon is the best at customer service and helping me out with my dead battery! Although we couldn’t find the warranty, he gave me a great discount and changed my battery in 10 minutes!
Shout out to assistant manager Tony at the Longely Lane store in Reno, for helping me with my windshield wipers on a cold and snowy morning. My wipers weren't dispensing fluid, so I stopped in to buy a gallon. Tony cheerfully offered to checked my wiper fluid reservoir, and get me back on the road. Much appreciated!
