I like O’Reilly, but the latest visit with the guy with the sissy girl hair behind the counter was disappointing. I walked up to the counter with merchandise ready to pay. Instead of attending to me he answers the phone that rang and then proceeds to deal with the phone customer. He then goes to checks an item in the aisle and leaves me at the counter. I left the store without buying anything. Since O’Reilly doesn’t care for live customers I’ll take my business to the competition like Autozone and Amazon/Ebay.

They replaced my flat battery in less than 30 minutes!
Got snow chains driving to Tahoe in case it snowed, it didn’t, so I never opened it. Which the cashier also said if I didn’t use them I can return them. 3 days later I tried returning it here, but the cashier and especially the store manager were asking me about some tag that wasn’t even on there when I was buying it. The manager was reading me some lecture about some liability tag that was supposed to be on it, etc. I had the receipt and everything, and the cashier confirmed that it was unopened, still nothing.
