Just came in to see why my check engine light was on, and the employee who helped me was friendly, courteous, and helpful.
I like O’Reilly, but the latest visit with the guy with the sissy girl hair behind the counter was disappointing. I walked up to the counter with merchandise ready to pay. Instead of attending to me he answers the phone that rang and then proceeds to deal with the phone customer. He then goes to checks an item in the aisle and leaves me at the counter. I left the store without buying anything. Since O’Reilly doesn’t care for live customers I’ll take my business to the competition like Autozone and Amazon/Ebay.
Shout out to Jeremy - He was super helpful and friendly ! He printed and helped me with my scan report!
