RecommendedJose Gonzales, the Store Manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND! We were from out of town and parked at The Strand for the day. We went to start my vehicle and the battery was completely dead! I immediately said, call O’Reilly’s! One phone call and Jose was on his way with a battery booster! The store was about 3 miles from us. He ended up finally getting enough juice to the battery and we were able to drive back to the store and buy a new battery.
