Great location to do Business with. Knowledgeable employees.
Ricardo at O’Reilly Auto Parts was incredibly kind and helpful! I was having an issue with one of my windshield wiper blades, and he went out of his way to help me fix it. I was in a hurry to get to work, and his quick, efficient service saved me so much time. I definitely recommend this location, especially when Ricardo is there. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and does a great job pointing you in the right direction. Thank you, Ricardo, for the excellent customer service!
Today's experience at O'Reilly's Auto parts was an enlightening one. Thanks to Ricardo, the store employee that brightened the rainy day. My headlight on my Ram 3500 Dually was out and he was able to find the lightbulb replacement and help me to install it. This type of customer service is what makes O'Reilly a dependable auto parts store.
I had a great experience this afternoon with Neeter (hopefully. I spelled his name correctly). He greeted me upon entering and acknowledged that he would assist me shortly in finishing up with a customer. He was very patient and efficient in looking up my son's account. I promptly received the part that was needed and on my way. Kudos for the great customer service. It was a pleasure!
Had a great experience at this Berwyn O'Reilly with Nader that checked my checked engine light and bought fuses for my window switches an air condion pump
