The customer service is terrible. Lies upon lies. I called in advance, after looking at the website, to enquire about windshield wipers for my car, as well as batteries for the car key. I was told, no problem, just come into the store and we'll install them for you. the website indicated there were senior hours on at least Tuesday, at 7:30 am. I wait patiently until the next Tuesday and arrive around 7:45. There were much younger customers there. When I asked, 1 staff member said she had never heard of a senior hour. The oth... read more
