RecommendedI love this store and I love O'Reilly's, period. The sales staff is so very helpful. Rome rang up my purchase and then complied with my request for additional help, to add the washer fluid to my car. I was so thankful. The store nearer to my home in Chandler has great helpful clerks, too. This is just a great store.
Great service. Romes held my part at the counter so I was able to get in and out very quickly. The prices here are much lower than at Jiffy Lube as well as other parts stores. They even let me use the sink to wash up after installing my part
The staff is friendly and professional. I appreciate good customer service and I always receive it here. Anthony is an assistant manager who served me today, and he was super helpful!
Look.. When my battery is dead I know it.. When you test it and tell me "it's good" and refuse to show me the test... It tells me you just don't want to do your job. Took it to another o'reilly and guess what? The battery was dead and they replaced it per the warranty. Will not come back here.
