Just came to this store that is by my home as I have a battery that is failing and under warranty which I paid extra for. The rude employee who happens to also have the same first name as me informed me that their battery charger is not working. Instead of just warranting the battery out for a replacement the guy tells me I have to drive out of my way to another location to have them charge it. Then he goes to tell me I was being rude for interrupting him when I suggested they just warranty the battery out. I am very disappo... read more
