I went in and got great customer service from Jessica. She helped me with some warranty parts and even though it wasnt easy finding the info she needed she didn't give up. She got it all taken care of and back on the road. Thumbs up!
I got there in the evening and William was working the front by himself. He sold me a battery and was very professional by taking care of the other customers at the same time. He made sure we were all good. I offered to come back in the morning but he told to just pull my vehicle up to the store and he would install it for me. He was very pleasant and I give him 5 stars!
Great Customer Service Last month I went there to find some part for my Chevy van, an Esteban the store manager take care of my order and provided all that I needed. Thanks for such us great service and suggestion and how to do this little job.
First visit we were not greeted, as others customers were. My hubby stood there for 15 -minutes. Two workers there were walking around. Did not help us, or asked us if we needed help. What the hell happened to customer service? Finally someone asked us if we needed help, well duh!!
