Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience – Pilot Point, TX Location I am writing to formally report a very disappointing experience at your O’Reilly Auto Parts location in Pilot Point this morning around 9:40 AM. When I entered the store, there were four employees behind the counter, including a manager (I believe his name was Bruce or Brice) and an employee named Jeremiah. Solid staff. Steve the assistant manager knows everything about classic cars, and is very knowledgeable about everything else. If don't have the parts, they'll get the parts. 5 stars
The gentleman helped me was very polite and he was able to tell me where the products were that I needed and give a little conversation as his background and it was very much a warm feeling
Brice and the team always help me out! Great group working here!
