Thank you to Michael at O'Reilly Auto Parts who offered exceptional customer service. He took the time to show me what options (in several price ranges) I had in replacing a windshield wiper blade. Without any hesitation Michael also helped replace the blade in cold 25 degree weather in limited lighting as it was already dark. Most importantly he was professional and patient, which made all the difference for a female shopper at an auto parts store.
I had hundred dollar bill and the older gentlemen freaked out on me and said "good luck getting change that" then tried make me feel bad for him about the fact that he works at a shitty job. Do the owners know U feel this way?...Since when does cash not wrkas payment? At least 8 other friends that r customers at your store heard say the same thing to them... while "Trying to buy parts"! Thank goodness Napa doesn't complain about sales. WOW. How long this go on. Not the first time!
